About this file

This addendum document modifies the Request for Quote 26-04 issued by Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R) in Tigard, Oregon, for on-call durable flooring installation services across its fire stations. The procurement seeks contractors to provide seamless resinous flooring systems comparable to Dur-A-Flex or Hybri-Flex products utilizing cementitious urethane with epoxy or MMA topcoat. Addendum 1, issued on March 27, 2026, clarifies that the average task order will range from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet, with installation to be completed within 7–14 business days during standard business hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). The revised Attachment B quote form establishes separate pricing requirements for preparation and installation work differentiated by project size (smaller task orders around 1,500 sq/ft and larger task orders around 3,000 sq/ft or more), along with separate line items for reinstallation of transitions, thresholds, doorjambs, baseboards, and cove base, and equipment rental costs. The original quote deadline of April 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM remains unchanged, with an anticipated first task order date of April 27, 2026.

Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by entering the addendum number on the bid form and must submit pricing on a regular (non-prevailing wage) hourly rate basis unless a task order exceeds $50,000, which would trigger Oregon prevailing wage requirements. The quote form requires contractors to confirm that their proposed flooring solution meets all technical specifications including moisture mitigation for 99%+ relative humidity, non-slip and anti-carcinogenic properties, and compatibility with TVF&R's existing Coastwide floor cleaner product. TVF&R assumes that the District will remove all non-stationary items from work areas prior to installation and will not accept additional fees or costs beyond those listed in the quote form without written approval. No specific information regarding set-asides, incumbent vendors, or contract award limits is contained within this addendum document.
