About this file
This document is a pre-solicitation notice from the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 3 regarding their intent to renew the current lease for office space in Bluefield, West Virginia.
The notice states that the U.S. Government currently occupies 11,747 square feet of office space in Bluefield, WV under a lease that will be expiring. For mission-related and economic reasons, the Government has determined it is advantageous to exercise a 5-year renewal option on the current lease. However, the Government is also considering alternative space if it is economically advantageous. Factors they will consider include availability of suitable alternative space and potential costs associated with relocation. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. Interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest by August 16, 2024, with an estimated occupancy date of September 1, 2025. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
