About this file

This is a Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the AFTAC Contract Administration Support Services (ACASS) program. The Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) in collaboration with AMIC DET 2/OL/PKA at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, is seeking contractor support for comprehensive federal contracting and contract administration services. The contractor will provide acquisition planning, market research, acquisition strategy development, and contract document preparation. Additional responsibilities include cost and price analysis, preparation of determinations and justifications, synopsis and solicitation development, price negotiation memoranda, and proposal evaluation documentation and assistance.

The contractor will execute contract administration duties including the maintenance of contract writing, filing, and tracking systems and tools, accurate documentation and electronic filing of contract records, and adherence to established acquisition milestones. The contractor will work collaboratively with AFTAC contracting officers and technical personnel to review and evaluate AFTAC technical evaluations and contractor-submitted technical and cost proposals for use in the contract formation process. These services are classified as non-personal services and fall under Department of Defense acquisition support, with the scope encompassing all phases of the contracting lifecycle from planning through administration.
