About this file
This Statement of Work pertains to the State of Oregon's request for an educational video to promote the Mobile WorkSource Oregon Centers, which are mobile units designed to deliver employment services, benefits support, and partner programs to underserved communities across the state. The project requires the production of a short, engaging informational video introducing the mobile vans, explaining their purpose, and demonstrating the services available to community members. The video must be produced in six languages: English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. The video should showcase the vans in action at community locations, highlight available services, feature staff explaining support capabilities, share real examples of how the vans assist job seekers and families, and emphasize the accessibility and welcoming nature of the mobile centers. All videos must be completed and approved by June 30, 2026.
The maximum total cost for this project cannot exceed $40,000. The Mobile WorkSource Oregon Centers are intended to expand access to employment and training services in rural areas, underserved neighborhoods, and communities with limited transportation or no nearby WorkSource Oregon office. The initiative aims to strengthen connections between residents and partner programs, increase awareness of benefits and workforce resources, and improve support for individuals facing employment barriers through in-person assistance in accessible, welcoming environments.
