About this file
This file is a video script for the Oregon Employment Department's SNAP E&T Program WorkSource Oregon Mobile Centers initiative. The script outlines promotional content designed to introduce fully equipped mobile workforce centers that travel to underserved Oregon communities, including tribal nations, rural and remote towns, culturally and linguistically diverse areas, and technology-limited regions across three designated zones. The video script, dated March 16, 2026 (draft for review), is approximately four minutes in length and features a narrative structure that introduces the mobile centers' purpose, highlights community beneficiaries, describes available services, and explains the operational routing schedule. The mobile centers deliver the same high-quality services as traditional WorkSource Oregon offices, including job search support, resume and interview assistance, career coaching, training referrals, apprenticeships, and connections to partner programs such as SNAP Employment and Training, Veterans services, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Trade Adjustment Assistance.
The mobile centers operate on predictable two-week recurring routes to build community trust and allow for consistent scheduling. The video emphasizes equitable access to workforce services and targets populations facing geographic, cultural, or economic barriers to employment. The initiative is funded by USDA and positioned as part of the American Job Center Network. The script incorporates diverse visual elements representing Oregon's geography and demographics, including rural highways, tribal lands, agricultural areas, and coastal towns. The closing call to action directs viewers to www.workwourceoregon/mobilecenter.org to locate the nearest mobile center, with messaging focused on economic opportunity and workforce development for all Oregonians regardless of location.

A farmworker walks through an orchard. People meet and greet each other at the grocery store.
Narrator: “Oregon is a place of incredible diversity, resilience, and community. In every corner of Oregon, people are working hard to build a better future for themselves and their families. COMMUNITY STORIES (1:05–1:55)
Narrator: “Imagine Sofia, a mother of two children in a rural community, who wants to return to work but can’t drive two hours to the nearest WorkSource center. Or David, a single father re-entering the workforce, but unsure where to start. Or Naya, a tribal community member looking for training that fits her goals and her culture.”
Visual: Each person smiles as they receive support.
Narrator: “For them—and thousands more—the Mobile WorkSource Oregon Center is more than a center. It’s a lifeline. A place to be seen, supported, and connected to real opportunity.”

Narrator: “Inside each mobile center, Oregonians can access the same high-quality services offered at WorkSource Oregon locations—right in their own community.”
Visuals: Quick cuts of each service as its mentioned.
Narrator: “Job search support. Resume and interview assistance. Career coaching. Training and education referrals. Connections to work-based learning like apprenticeships... Information on how to access partner programs including SNAP Employment and Training, Veterans services, Vocational Rehabilitation, the Trade Adjustment Assistance program, and more.”

This consistency gives Oregonians the structure and reliability to plan a visit to the center and allows staff to build strong relationships with local partners, businesses, and community organizations.”
