About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a federal contract opportunity related to custodial services for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in Limestone. The PPQ instructs the quoter to complete Section A with their company details and send the questionnaire to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or other customer point of contact with knowledge of the contractor's past performance. The respondent is then asked to complete Sections B and C, which include performance ratings and questions about the contractor's ability to identify and mitigate risks, hire and retain staff, and whether the respondent would use the contractor again.
The related federal contract opportunity is for Limestone Custodial Services, a 100% small business set-aside with a firm-fixed price contract type. DFAS is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with a Performance Work Statement. Quotes must be submitted by 3 p.m. ET on June 25, 2024. A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2024, and all questions will be posted to Sam.gov by June 18, 2024. The contract period of performance is from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025, with no option years.
