Cost Proposal.
The Contractor shall submit a detailed cost proposal to USACE based on the Contract Line Items described in Table 3.
Submittals.
The Contractor shall perform the lab testing in phases. Refer to Table 2 for Phased Submittal timelines.
Submittal phases do not constitute a description of means and methods, and do not limit the scope of requested work that may be performed within the respective phase.
1. Phase 1 Submital shall include raw lab data covering approximately (63) samples denoted by “South” in a USACE-provided, future lab sample manifest. Test results due in this Phase 1
Submittal include raw lab data for ASTM D6913 Soils Gradation Testing and ASTM D4318 Atterberg Limits performed on each of approximately (63) samples. Phase 1 Submittal will also include raw data for no more than (20) ASTM D2216 Soils Moisture Content and no more than
(5) ASTM D2974 Soils Organic Content tests.
