About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA) National Industrial Security Compliance and Verification Services (NIS-CVS). The RFI seeks market research from potential contractors to support IS mission objectives of protecting classified information and materials in cleared industry facilities. The scope requires contractors to provide operational support including program management, technical support, research, analysis, communication, task management, and risk identification for cleared facilities.
The RFI response form requires detailed submissions across five sections: 1) Company overview including financial stability, government contracting experience, and capabilities, 2) Approach to outcome-based service delivery, 3) Specific areas of expertise including relevant experience and proposed methodologies, 4) Feedback on the current Performance Work Statement, and 5) Additional information such as proposed NAICS codes and rough price estimates. Respondents are asked to provide comprehensive insights into their ability to support DCSA's national industrial security program implementation, with a focus on assessing contractor eligibility for facility clearances and understanding foreign interests.
