Iron Mountain Public Schools Administration & Highschool Gym HVAC Upgrades
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Iron Mountain Public Schools, Superintendent’s office, 300 W B St, Iron Mountain, Michigan 49801 on or before August 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time and publicly opened at that time.
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting held at Iron Mountain Public Schools, Superintendent’s office, 300 W B St, Iron
Mountain, Michigan 49801 on July 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Site visits will take place at this time. All
Prime Contractors are encouraged to attend.
Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with bid documents prepared by the Construction Manager, Gundlach
Champion, Inc. and the Architect/Engineer, OHM Advisors. Bid Proposals will be received for the following Trade
Packages:

Bidders are required to bid the entire Trade Package using the Bid Proposal Form and attaching the Affidavit of
Bidder and Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act. A Bid Security shall accompany bid in the form of a bid bond or certified check for no less than five (5%) percent of the Bid Price. The Successful Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds if the contract award is greater than $25,000.

Judy Brault at JBrault@gcfirst.com and shall include the contact information: company name, contact’s name, address, phone number, and email address. You will receive an Invitation to Bid from Gundlach Champion Inc.
