JBC Gen data.xlsx

This file is a generator inventory database containing detailed specifications for approximately 65 generators located across Joint Base Charleston's four geographically separated locations. The spreadsheet lists critical generator data including kilowatt (KW) ratings ranging from 1 KW to 500 KW, unit identification numbers, engine and serial numbers, model numbers, control systems (primarily PCC2100, PCC3200, and PC1.1 variants), automatic transfer switch (ATS) serial and model numbers, and various specification designations. The generators represent multiple manufacturers including Cummins, Caterpillar, and Generac, with control system manufacturers such as OTECA, OTECSEC, OTECSEB, BTPCC, and other variants.

Of the 65 generators documented, 18 units have confirmed communication capability compatible with Monico integration for remote monitoring purposes. An additional 7 units are believed to be compatible but require discovery and confirmation testing. Approximately 40 units are older Cummins generators that may or may not have the required Cummins network cards and commissioned Cummins ProtoNode gateways currently installed and operational. This inventory data directly supports the Joint Base Charleston Generator Monitoring System pre-solicitation (Solicitation Number A065363), which seeks manufacturers of remote generator monitoring systems and associated services to integrate a centralized data acquisition platform into the existing Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) architecture for real-time monitoring and alerting across all generator assets.
