About this file

This is a Bid Schedule for the BMDO Roadside Fuelbreak Herbicide FY26 contract. The solicitation requires herbicide application services across five designated units in Nevada, totaling 4,032 acres. The five project units are: Lander Fish Creek (196 acres), Grass Valley (1,832 acres), Rye Patch (689 acres), Reese River (789 acres), and Eureka Fish Creek (526 acres). Bidders must submit a unit price per acre for each location, with the bid total calculated by multiplying the per-acre price by the acreage for each unit.

The bid price shall be all-inclusive, covering labor, equipment, supplies, materials, incidentals, and mobilization costs necessary to complete the herbicide treatment work. Mobilization includes all preparatory work and operations required for movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies to the project site, as well as any work performed prior to beginning treatment or after completion. Payment will be made based on the number of acres satisfactorily completed in accordance with contract specifications, measured on a horizontal plane and invoiced at the unit price per acre specified in the Bid Schedule.
