About this file

This document is a submittal list with review estimate template for a National Park Service (NPS) construction project. It outlines the various submittals required throughout the construction phase, including product data, shop drawings, samples, and certifications across numerous specification sections. The submittal list covers requirements for Division 1 general requirements, as well as Division 2-49 technical specifications.

The template is designed to be used by the Architect/Engineer (A/E) to provide an estimate of the review time required for each action submittal by discipline (e.g. architect, civil engineer, structural engineer). This information is then used to negotiate the submittal review portion of the A/E's construction services task order. The Construction Management Representative is responsible for reviewing all informational submittals. The document provides detailed instructions for its use by the NPS, A/E, and Construction Contracting Officer Representative.
