About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a video surveillance system project at Fort Davis National Historic Site in Texas. The project requires installation of three network-based security cameras in the visitor center and remit room to monitor fee collection areas, along with associated hardware and software integration into the Milestone VMS system.
Key requirements include: installation of CAT-6e network cabling; three new NDAA-compliant Axis Communications IP cameras with minimum 4MP resolution and night vision capability; an 8-port POE+ switch; a Milestone-compatible desktop computer with 4TB storage; and all necessary XProtect Corporate Device Licenses obtained through a Milestone Gold Partner. The period of performance is 90 days from award date. All equipment must be new and unused. Installation includes configuration of cameras with static IPs, latest firmware, and integration with the park's Milestone XProtect Corporate VMS 2020 R2 system. Special considerations include adherence to historical building requirements and obtaining pre-approval for any structural modifications. The Department of Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region is the contracting agency.
