About this file
This document is an Operating Manual for the Structurix M ECO machine, specifically focusing on a detailed checklist for major maintenance. The maintenance checklist is comprehensive and divided into four key sections: Cleaning, Inspection, Functional Capacity, and Settings. The Cleaning section provides instructions for washing tanks, racks, dryer/distribution rollers, filters, and various machine components. The Inspection section outlines critical checks for shipping units, film surface detectors, mechanical components like drive axles and racks, electronic systems, and dryer functionality. The Functional Capacity section requires verification of pump operations, drive motors, fans, sensors, and other machine-critical systems. The Settings section provides space to record specific operational parameters like bath temperatures, replenishing pump rates, and washing volumes. The final step in the maintenance process is a processing test using both large and small films to ensure complete system functionality.
