About this file

This statement of work outlines the requirements for procuring approximately 300 fixed theater seats and installing a polyurea floor liner at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial theaters. The existing seats and carpeted flooring need replacement due to wear, damage, and safety hazards from heavy daily use. The contractor must procure commercial-grade seats that can withstand at least 350,000 lifting cycles and 600 pounds, include padded and upholstered tops with ABS bottoms and wood panels, and allow full folding. The 80-mil polyurea floor liner must be slip-resistant and match the existing floor color. The contractor will remove the old seats and carpet, submit a layout for approval, reinstall illuminated tread nosing and wall panels, and conduct the work in two phases for the two theaters while following all manufacturer standards and park regulations. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the National Park Service seeking these theater renovation services at Pearl Harbor National Memorial.
