About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the evaluation and repair of Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs) in support of the EA-18G Airborne Electronic Attack Systems program. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division requires evaluation and repair services for eight IMAs with part number 304225-003 and specific serial numbers (631, 614, 569, 556, 491, 432, 420, and 418). The work is structured under two contract line items: evaluation services at $5,000 per unit ($40,000 total for 8 units) and repair services at $17,700 per unit ($141,600 total for 8 units), for a combined estimated value of $181,600. All work must be performed to original equipment manufacturer specifications, with items determined to be beyond economical repair returned to NSWC Crane for disposal.
The contractor must maintain a SECRET-level facility security clearance and safeguard all classified information, as the work involves classified systems and modernization techniques. A consolidated evaluation report (CDRL A001) detailing failures and requirements to restore each IMA to 100% functional state must be provided upon completion. The work is designated as non-personal services and requires compliance with counterfeit parts and material mitigation processes per industry standards. The contractor must obtain materials only from authorized sources and report any suspected counterfeit items to the Contracting Officer and GIDEP. The related solicitation (N0016426Q0198) indicates this is a sole-source procurement directed to CAES Systems LLC (CAGE Code 65628) with an issue date of 14 July 2026 and closing date of 23 July 2026.
