Statement of Work
Wapato Irrigation Project (WIP)
Procurement for Tee, Spool and Blind Flange Fabrication
1. SCOPE OF WORK
Contractor shall supply and deliver thirteen fabricated tee, spool, and blind flange setups. All tees, spools and blind flanges shall be fabricated in accordance with the included plans, specifications and price schedule. All materials must be delivered to the Wapato Irrigation Project (WIP), 413 South Camas Ave., Wapato, WA 98951, by February 16, 2024.
PRIVATE 2. LOCATIONtc \l 1 "02. Location" The materials will be delivered to the storage yard adjoining the Wapato Irrigation Project office, which is located at 413 S. Camas Ave, Wapato, WA 98951.
3PRIVATE . COMPLETION TIMEtc \l 1 "11. Completion Time" Contractor (Supplier) shall complete the contract by February 16, 2024. Contract completion occurs when materials are delivered and accepted by WIP. WIP will provide the Supplier with an acceptance letter, the date of which will start the warranty period.
4. SPECIFICATIONS
See attached specifications drawings for required materials and details for the fabricated tees spools and blind flanges. Standards referenced in the specifications shall be the latest edition and version thereof. This includes AWWA, ASTM, ANSI, NSF and Federal specifications and standards. All materials supplied to WIP must meet these specifications. Damaged or nonconforming materials will not be accepted.
5. WARRANTY
All materials delivered to the WIP will be covered by a warranty for a minimum of one year from the date of contract completion or by the manufacturers standard warranty whichever is longer.
6. DELIVERY
The materials will be delivered to the storage yard adjoining the Wapato Irrigation Project office, which is located at 413 S. Camas Ave, Wapato, WA 98951.
At the Supplier’s expense, the Supplier shall deliver the goods to the WIP yard. WIP will provide an operator and forklift for unloading the fabricated pipe and fittings. No nesting of pipe shall be allowed. The pipe and fittings are to be delivered between the date of contract award and February 16, 2024. Deliveries shall be only between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). A 24-hour notice shall be required prior to delivery of goods. Notification means making personal contact not just leaving a phone message.
