About this file
This is a Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of SmartsheetGOV Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licenses and subscription components to support the Bureau of Indian Affairs' Solution Trust Accountability Tracker (BIA-STAT) system. The procurement is limited exclusively to the provisioning of licenses and subscription access; no implementation, configuration, integration, training, advisory, or other services are included. The contractor must provide 300 SmartsheetGOV licenses, 5 Smartsheet Control Center Blueprints, 4 Data Shuttle Streams, 1 Dynamic View Package, and 2 Technical Account Manager (TAM) Enhanced subscriptions on an annual subscription basis. All resources must be provisioned in the SmartsheetGOV (U.S. Government) environment and allocated to the correct government tenant, with coordination required between the contractor and the Government.
The contract period of performance consists of a base year plus four option years. The contractor's responsibilities are strictly limited to providing the specified quantities of licenses and subscriptions, ensuring provisioning within the SmartsheetGOV environment, and delivering three required deliverables: written confirmation of license provisioning, subscription term documentation specifying start and end dates and included components, and a SmartsheetGOV compliance statement. All work will be conducted remotely with no on-site presence required. Acceptance criteria require that all licenses and subscriptions be provisioned in the correct Government tenant, documentation clearly reflect quantities and activation dates, and all materials meet SOW requirements. The Government will provide tenant identifiers and administrative contacts necessary for license activation. The suggested CLIN structure divides the procurement into five separate line items by product type.
