Clarification to Mandatory Requirements

1. Technical Approach

Provide a detailed technical approach describing how the project will be managed from award through completion, including planning milestones, communication protocols, quality assurance procedures, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and methods for ensuring all workshop objectives are successfully achieved.

2. Quality Control Plan

Describe your Quality Control Plan (QCP), including procedures for reviewing deliverables, ensuring accuracy of workshop materials, maintaining schedule performance, and resolving deficiencies.

3. Project Management Plan

Offerors shall provide:

• project schedule

• milestones

• communication plan

• quality control procedures

• risk management plan

• staffing plan

• subcontractor management (if applicable)

4. Resumes

Submit resumes for all key personnel demonstrating directly relevant experience. Also define

Key Personnel.
