Key deliverables include verbal notification of any incidents within 24 hours followed by a written report within 3 business days, as well as providing requested FDA records to the government within 48 hours upon guidance. The contract opportunity notice seeks proposals for transition, storage, inventory, retrieval, distribution, and disposal of similar government-owned materials over a potential 60-month period including a 12-month base and four 12-month options. Interested offerors must be capable of executing or managing the required services in compliance with cGMP, cGLP, and as CUI/ITAR-controlled data. Proposals are due by the anticipated issuance date of the full and open solicitation under number W911QY-21-R-0025 by the US Army for JPEO-CBRND JPM-CBRN-Medical JPL-EB.
