About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) attachment containing questions for vendors regarding the Mobile Tactical Exposure Mission Planning/Heat Optimization Decision Aid (mTEMP/HODA) system. The RFI seeks information on vendor products that can detect and assess warfighter environmental/weather exposure risk, calculate and display time-to-injury, work:rest ratios, and water requirements based on environmental conditions and other factors. Vendors are asked to describe how their product would develop and adjust mitigation plans, display data in near-real-time, and leverage location and personnel readiness data. The RFI also inquires about vendor experience with Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) products, Nett Warrior, and PEO C3T programs, as well as any proprietary software or licensing that could impact government purpose rights. Vendors are requested to provide references, capabilities statements, and information on networking, system architecture, and manufacturing/sustainment costs.
