About this file
This is a sample contract agreement document related to an audiovisual technology refresh project in Maryland. The project scope encompasses the complete turnkey installation of audiovisual systems for an Emergency Operations Center (EOC), strategy room, and conference room. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, project management, design, engineering, equipment, software, licensing, subscriptions, materials, mounting hardware, furniture, cabling, connectors, signal extenders, network-related audiovisual equipment, electrical work, programming, configuration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, freight, delivery, disposal, permits, inspections, restoration, warranty services, and incidental work necessary to deliver fully operational systems.
The document serves as a template for contract agreement terms and conditions but does not specify pricing, contract duration, renewal options, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, or funding sources and amounts. As a sample agreement, it establishes the contractual framework and general requirements for the audiovisual technology refresh project but would require supplementation with specific project details, pricing schedules, performance timelines, and other contract-specific terms prior to execution.
