Appendix A: Product Demonstrations

The Museum selection core team has developed this set of demonstration requirements as part of a service selection process. This demonstration framework will allow the participants to see how the service actually performs, rather than just seeing a check mark or comment in the Offeror’s proposal that says the service has a specific feature. USHMM expects that the individuals presenting the services and system will have appropriate technical and operational background in the areas being demonstrated.

Once you have read the scenarios, we will be available to discuss them should you need any clarification. The current order of these scenarios may not be the most effective way to present your system so you may propose a different ordering but the demonstration must cover all of the functionality requirements.

You, the Offeror, are still free to present other useful capabilities should time permit. We will also expect to have discussions during the demonstrations so allow time for that in your preparation.
