Amendment 0001 – Questions & Answers

The following responses are provided to questions received prior to the deadline for receipt of questions:

Q1: Currently the vendor is supporting 2 locations for WIFI, Washington, DC and Ashburn, VA. In the RFP there is only one location mentioned. Will the Ashburn, Va location not be used?

NTSB Response: The NTSB no longer maintains a facility in Ashburn, VA and only requires WiFi services in the NTSB HQ located in Washington, DC in the resulting contract.

Q2: In the RFP Section L.2 Notice and Instruction to Contractors, Item #3 it States “ Part III – Price Proposal: Include all information requested under “L-5 Part III Price”, as well as completed solicitation Section K. We do not see any Section K in the RFP. Is it missing?

NTSB Response: For Section K, please refer to page 21 of 69 of the RFP pdf document.
