About this file
Summary of 900199 Ph 2 Bid Forms
This document is a bid forms package for the State of Oregon's 2026 ITB 10 Amazon Prairie Mitigation Bank – Phase 2 project. The scope of work encompasses wetland habitat mitigation and construction activities including general excavation and grading with 3D machine grade control, shallow pool construction, embankment berms and spillway installation, permanent stabilization measures, construction of flashboard risers, headwall and fish screen structures, storm pipe installation, and coir and wood log placement. The project requires careful protection of sensitive areas, including archaeological sites, throughout all construction phases. The bid forms establish the formal submission requirements and procedures for contractors seeking to bid on this infrastructure and environmental mitigation project.
The bid forms document provides the standardized templates and formats that bidders must use when submitting their proposals for the Phase 2 work. This package includes all required forms that contractors must complete and submit to be considered for award, ensuring compliance with Oregon's competitive bidding requirements and establishing uniform evaluation criteria across all submissions. The forms establish the baseline documentation necessary for the procurement process and establish the contractual framework for the selected contractor's performance obligations.
