About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) from the City of Fort Worth Purchasing Division for Asphalt Hot and Cold Lay services (ITB Ref. #: 25-0156). The bid requires proposers to have a minimum of three years of experience performing repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance related to the scope of services. To be considered responsive, bidders must submit multiple documents including Form CIQ, authorized signature details, reference sheets, the questionnaire, consideration of location form, signed addendum acknowledgments, bid table, W-9, and proof of legal rights to materials.
The document outlines specific bidder qualification requirements, including the ability to make deliveries to job sites throughout the city, potential for cooperative agreement use, and provisions for warranty and pickup orders. Proposers must demonstrate legal rights to materials through either in-house manufacturing or binding contracts covering the duration of the city's agreement and potential renewals. The bid includes proprietary information guidelines, noting that all submitted materials become public property subject to the Texas Public Information Act, with specific rules about marking proprietary information. Pricing information cannot be marked as proprietary and will be publicly available in bid tab form after evaluation.
