About this file

This document is a Deliverables Acceptance Document from the Division of Mine Reclamation, designed to review and document the completion of project deliverables during the implementation process. The template provides a structured format for project managers to record how specific project deliverables were met, track deliverables that require further action, and obtain necessary approvals from project stakeholders. The document includes sections for key project information, a list of completed deliverables, deliverables needing additional work, and an approval section for signatures from the project sponsor (business and technical), contractor project manager, and DMR project manager.

The document serves as a formal mechanism for tracking project progress, ensuring accountability, and maintaining a clear record of project achievements and outstanding items. While the specific project details are not filled in on this template, the form is designed to capture comprehensive information about project deliverables, their status, and the actions taken or required. The template includes helper text and guidance for users to complete each section, emphasizing the importance of documenting how each deliverable was satisfied and identifying any items that may need further attention or review.

DELIVERABLES Acceptance Document

Completion and acceptance of project deliverables defined during the Initiation Planning stages of a project should be reviewed and accepted as part of the implementation process. Use this Deliverables Acceptance form to document the deliverables and how they have been satisfied through the work of the project.
