About this file

This document is a Darfur Contracting Act Certification form from the State of California's Department of General Services (DGS), specifically for Agreement Number 25CRW018. The form applies to companies that have conducted business activities outside the United States within the previous three years and are seeking to bid on or submit a proposal for a California state contract.

The certification requires companies with international business activities to complete one of two options: Option #1 involves certifying that the company is not a "scrutinized company" under Public Contract Code Section 10476, or Option #2 involves demonstrating that the company has obtained written permission from the Department of General Services to submit a bid or proposal, despite being classified as a scrutinized company. Companies that have not conducted business outside the United States in the past three years are not required to complete the form. The document provides spaces for companies to enter their name, Federal ID Number, authorized signature, and other relevant information to comply with the Darfur Contracting Act.
