The contract requires comprehensive insurance coverage, including commercial general liability of at least $1 million per occurrence. While specific budget ranges are not detailed, the pricing proposal will include unit pricing for various towing scenarios. The final contract will require approval from the District's Board of Trustees and will be processed on a net 30-day basis following satisfactory work completion.
