About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Award from the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) dated May 7, 2025, for RFP 8201 OQ Vegetation Management Consulting and Inspection. The contract is recommended to be awarded to Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc. OUC indicates that a contract will be issued within several weeks, to be followed by a Purchase Order. The supplier will not acquire legal rights to the contract services until a contract with acceptable terms is executed.

OUC reserves the right to revoke the award if the apparent successful supplier fails to negotiate and execute the contract, and may then award the contract to the next highest-ranked supplier or withdraw the RFP entirely. All correspondence regarding the award should be directed to Cindy Luttfring at cluttfring@ouc.com until the award is finalized. The document emphasizes that OUC can cancel the Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to executing a written contract.
