About this file

This document is Amendment Number 2 to Contract Number 410014-M22-CJO8129-COP-01, executed between the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) and Airgas USA, LLC – North Central Region. The contract also serves the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and involves the procurement of medical and industrial gases for state facilities.

The contract covers the supply of medical and industrial gases with a 1.8% price increase approved for the renewal period effective January 1, 2024. The original contract term was January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, was renewed for 2023, and this amendment extends the contract for an additional one-year period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The price increase request met contractual requirements by being submitted 60 days prior to the renewal period and being limited to documented cost increases not exceeding the Consumer Price Index. The amendment updates RFB Attachment D "Price Sheet" with the new pricing structure while maintaining all other contract terms and specifications unchanged.
