About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for NASA contract opportunity 80NSSC26940581Q.

The document addresses contractor inquiries regarding a site assessment effort with a 90-day period of performance. NASA has identified 3-4 potential parcels of varying sizes for evaluation. NASA will provide existing site, utility, and infrastructure information to support the contractor's completion of required deliverables, with NASA and its facility contractor participating in discussions and providing documentation. The assessment methodology will rely primarily on NASA-provided information, field observations, and market factors rather than requiring contractors to perform additional surveying, mapping, or utility investigation activities. NASA cannot predict the number of site visits, meetings, or stakeholder interviews needed during the performance period. Regarding team composition, NASA has no preference on contract mechanisms for incorporating data center marketability and investment viability expertise (such as through subconsultants); however, only the prime contractor will be evaluated for pricing and performance, and no subcontracts will be issued.
