Could you please provide more details, including the brand that needs repair or maintenance?

Have there been any recent upgrades or repairs? Additionally, is it possible to obtain drawings and pictures of the system?

Yes, there have been modifica ons recently. We removed rooms 23 and 317 shor ng the length of the DI system loop by over a hundred feet.

We have 46 images of the system ‐ 34Mb available. Not current drawings, but original paper blueprints.

Are there any preferred vendors or specific brands for the replacement parts listed in the contract?

We would like to use Aquavar Pump controller, GE Osmonics, Centripro booster pump controller, and G&L SSV pumps by Baldor.

Are there existing maintenance records available?

We have maintainance logs from 2011‐2024. Not all bacterial and lab test have been digi zed but we have a good set from 2003‐2012 stored online.

Are there specific water quality standards or metrics that the system must meet after maintenance, particularly regarding bacteria levels or TOC (Total Organic Carbon)?

Our system should meet ASTM standard D 5127‐99 Type E2 but prefer to strive for type E 1.2 (see a achment) but not do all the tes ng. We have periodically done independent lab tes ng with BALAZS Analy cal Services test, but test locally a 48‐incubator bacteria test using the STM method when the system is sani zed or modified.
