The purpose of this amendment is to make administrative changes to Solicitation 80NSSC22R0001.
The NSTEM RFP Change Log on pages 2 - 3 of this amendment provides details of the changes to the Solicitation.
Sections of the RFP to be updated: RFP, Section I: Model Contract, Section III: Instructions to Offerers, Section IV: Evaluations Criteria, Attachment 1: PWS, Attachment 2: Pricing Schedule, Attachment 4: Labor Categories Positions Descriptions, Combined Reference Materials and provides responses to 49 questions submitted to RFP.

7 7.0c A page is defined as one side of a sheet, 8 ½” x 11”, with 1-inch margins on all sides, using Times New Roman font, not smaller than 12-point size, single line spacing, and in single column format. A 12-point Times New Roman font shall be utilized for all standard text with normal kerning (spacing between individual characters). All graphics, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, images, inserts, etc. shall be 12-point Times New Roman font (excluding financial statements and their accompanying notes).

9 7.1.MS-1.b The Offeror shall describe its plans to involve with teaming including Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) and/or Historically Black Universities and Colleges (HBCUs as team members in its proposals, and identify the specific PWS sections the prime and each team member is proposed to perform.

Offerors shall propose any applicable burdens (e.g. Overhead, G&A, profit) to the Government’s plug numbers in Attachment 02, Pricing Schedule. 20 1 Section IV Evaluation Criteria 11 7.0di Core Services (Contract Level Funded): Offerors shall provide pricing for each core service as delineated in Attachment 02. The Core Services evaluated price will be calculated by summing the Base Period (inclusive of Phase- In price), Option Periods, and Option to Extend Services. The price for Option to Extend Services will be calculated by taking half of the proposed price for CLIN 0009 (Option Period 4).
Core Services (Contract Level Funded): Offerors shall provide pricing for each core service as delineated in Attachment 02.
