The Q and A posted yesterday states that a pump is to become the property of the Government? There is no reference to removing pump, piping, and HX enclosure in the SOW. There is no electrical or control wiring demolition mentioned in the SOW. A photo shows piping, pump, electrical, controls, HX housing etc but does not stat the demolition of these items.
Please provide clarification?
NCCIPS expects all items removed from the heat exchanger pad including the pump, piping, pipe stands, and HX enclosure. The items listed as (items to keep) are to be placed by the contractor on a NCCIPS component provided trailer as stated in the SOW (Section F Contract Requirements) and will remain property of the Government. It is NCCIPS responsibility to remove electrical wiring, control wiring and associated conduit.
