Provides technical expertise in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Creates GIS database products; provides analysis and end user support; creates documentation on data and workflows; conducts testing of GIS applications and performs QA/QC on data, processes and workflows.

| Bachelors in Geography, GIS, or related field; or equivalent work experience |
| 6+ years GIS experience, with 3+ years GIS performing analysis |
Provides management support and technical expertise in the use of GIS and integration with complementary business processes and systems. Collects functional requirements, analyzes and documents business workflows and designs/creates GIS processes, tools and products to support business needs. Creates GIS databases and end user support; creates documentation on data and workflows; conducts testing of GIS applications and performs QA/QC on data, processes and workflows. May act as supervisor and/or lead a data development, analysis and/or support team on a specific project.

Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of GIS data infrastructure, systems architecture, systems integration and GIS applications. Serves as Contractors technical expert on GIS projects.
