About this file

This is a Questions and Responses document for NASA RFP 80KSC024R0010 dated January 31, 2025, regarding the Agency-wide Acquisition of Gaseous and Liquid Helium. The document contains four questions and their government responses related to technical and pricing aspects of the solicitation.

Key clarifications include: NASA will supply the 2" x 4" flex hose that connects to the container; an LHe tanker is defined as an ISO container mounted on a removable chassis, which must remain as a single unit from delivery to pickup; and updated Price Proposal Template instructions will be provided for the Delivery Charge section, which includes clarification on price adjustments for variances in retail on-highway diesel fuel prices. The questions primarily focus on equipment specifications under CLIN 8 of the Statement of Work and the pricing template structure.
