About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to solicitation 80KSC024R0010 for NASA Agency-wide supply of Gaseous and Liquid Helium, issued by NASA Kennedy Space Center. The amendment updates multiple sections including Terms and Conditions clauses 3.16, 6.4.3, and 7.4, as well as revising Statement of Work requirements for three locations: Glenn Research Center Lewis Field (GRC-LF), Glenn Research Center Armstrong Test Facility (GRC-ATF), and Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF).
The amendment provides detailed delivery requirements for each facility: GRC-LF requires approximately 80,000 standard cubic feet (scf) bulk gas per month with 48-hour delivery timeframes; GRC-ATF needs approximately 50,000 scf per month with 72-hour delivery times; and MAF requires both liquid (3,000 liters/month) and bulk gas (180,000 scf/month) with 72-hour standard delivery. All locations require U.S. citizen drivers, PIV badging, and have provisions for emergency 24/7 delivery. The amendment also updates Attachment 6 Price Proposal Template with revised instructions and delivery charge information. The proposal due date remains unchanged from the original solicitation.
