About this file

This document provides an addendum to a federal contract solicitation for architect-engineer services. The solicitation is for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide civil engineering services at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The addendum revises the evaluation criteria to place major emphasis on knowledge of the local geological features, climatic conditions, and construction methods of the KSC area, as well as on the proximity of the firm to KSC or a commitment to locate there. Moderate emphasis will be placed on the firm's ability to provide services for work at NASA assets outside of Florida. The contracting agency is the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Kennedy Space Center.
