RFP Cover Letter p. 1 and Enclosure DD p3:
The RFP Cover Letter indicates June 13, 2023, as the contract effective date following the anticipated contract award date of April 14, 2023. Enclosure DD states that the historical direct labor incumbent rates include projected escalation to December 2023 and the rates represent the Government s best estimate of the composite labor rate for each position at the assumed start date of the contract. Could the Government please confirm the December 2023 date in Enclosure DD is the correct date.
The Rates in Enclosure DD include projected escalation to April 2023. As such, Amendment 1 will update Enclosure DD to reflect the projected escalation to April 2023.
