Q1. Instructions state that SF33 has to have original signature- with LFT can we send the SF with the original signature in electronic form or do you need the original signature and the original doc?

A1. An electronic signature on the SF33 is acceptable.

Q2. Is there a prepopulated (SF)33 provided for the bidders to complete for this solicitation? If not, is it adequate to complete a blank STANDARD FORM (SF) 33, OFFEROR FILL INS AND

SECTION K?

A2. The prepopulated SF33 is page 4 of the document titled “Landsat Next Insturment Studies - RFP -

80GSFC21R0026” posted to beta.sam.gov on March 16, 2021.

Q3. Since the Price Volume password is not to be contained in any volume, is it ok to include the price volume password in the transmittal letter?

A3. The price volume password can be included in the transmittal letter, coversheet or any other RFP documentation not contained within any specific volume. It can also be included in the body of the e-mail sent to the Contracting Officer with the RFP.
