TOTAL PROPOSAL FOR BASE SCOPE OF WORK AND ALL OPTIONS:
RESEARCH SUPPORT BUILDING PRICE BREAKDOWN FORM
UNIT PRICE 1: Provide a price per S.F. to undercut 12” of commercial/industrial fill soil and place non-woven polypropylene geogrid (Tensar Tri Ax Geogrid TX190L, or equal) and 12” of #1 and #2 limestone. This unit price will be used for undercutting areas of unsuitable soils beneath proposed building slabs and/or pavement.
UNIT PRICE 2: Provide a price per S.F. to undercut 12” of solid waste soil and place non-woven polypropylene geogrid (Tensar Tri Ax Geogrid TX190L, or equal) and 12” of #1 and #2 limestone. This unit price will be used for undercutting areas of unsuitable soils beneath proposed building slabs and/or pavement.
UNIT PRICE 3: Provide a price per L.F. to install 2’-6” diameter caisson. This unit price will be used in the event suitable bearing capacity is not found at the elevations shown in the Geotechnical Report and required caisson depth is increased. The same unit price will be used as a deduct should competent soil be found at shallower depths than expected.
UNIT PRICE 4: Provide a price per L.F. to install 3’-0” diameter caisson. This unit price will be used in the event suitable bearing capacity is not found at the elevations shown in the Geotechnical Report and required caisson depth is increased. The same unit price will be used as a deduct should competent soil be found at shallower depths than expected.
UNIT PRICE 5: Provide a price per L.F. to install 3’-6” diameter caisson. This unit price will be used in the event suitable bearing capacity is not found at the elevations shown in the Geotechnical Report and required caisson depth is increased.
