About this file

This document is a Questionnaire for an Adult Softball League procurement, detailing the requirements for potential bidders seeking to provide services for a softball tournament or league. The questionnaire outlines five key information requests for bidding companies: a comprehensive company overview including years in business, complete company contact information, a detailed listing of Adult Softball officials with their credentials, a minimum of five previous Adult Softball Tournament references of similar size and scope, and a requirement to provide a certificate of insurance with specified coverage amounts and limits if awarded the contract.

The document does not include specific pricing terms, funding sources, or contract duration details. Instead, it focuses on establishing bidder qualifications and experience in managing adult softball events. The questionnaire appears designed to help the procuring agency evaluate potential service providers based on their organizational background, professional network, past performance, and ability to meet insurance requirements. No specific tournament dates, locations, or financial parameters are included in this preliminary screening document.
