About this file

This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the City of Fort Worth Purchasing Division for Ready-Mix Concrete and Flowable Fill services, with the bid reference number 25-0231. The ITB seeks a vendor to provide ready-mix concrete and flowable fill with specific requirements, including a minimum of three years of experience in similar services, the ability to deliver concrete within 1 hour to any jobsite within Fort Worth city limits, and maintaining the required pouring temperature. The bidder must have a full-time permanent business address, be accessible by email and telephone, and meet all of the city's concrete specifications outlined in the accompanying documentation.

The bid requires potential vendors to submit several mandatory documents to be considered responsive, including a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ), authorized signature form, reference sheet, W-9, relevant certifications/licenses, and proof of legal rights to the specified materials. Bidders must demonstrate their capability through a detailed questionnaire covering business hours, delivery capabilities, truck and equipment inventory, warranty information, and cooperative agreement availability. The city emphasizes that all submitted materials become public property subject to the Texas Public Information Act, with provisions for marking proprietary information, though pricing information cannot be marked as proprietary and will be publicly available after bid evaluation.
