About this file

This is a pricing table for RFP #FY26-RFP-16 issued by Charlotte Water in North Carolina for pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. The request encompasses comprehensive pressure washing services for various Charlotte Water facilities and surfaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The contract includes a three-year initial term with the City holding options to renew for two additional two-year terms. Bidders are required to submit hourly crew rates organized by service level (standard, after-hours, and emergency) for each contract year. The pricing table format requires contractors to populate rate information for all three years of the initial contract period.

All pricing must be comprehensive and all-inclusive, covering labor, materials, equipment (whether owned or rented), transportation, hand tools, overhead, and profit in a single unit price. A standard 10% contingency is applied, with 0% profit and overhead markup permitted for subcontractors. Contractors must submit pricing in United States dollars and are instructed that if additional costs exist beyond those outlined, they must be added to the pricing table. The City reserves the right to request individual scopes of work with detailed breakdowns of material, equipment, and labor costs for specific services, and may solicit quotes from one or more companies before assigning individual projects or services.
