About this file
This document is a Pricing Worksheet for Request for Proposal (RFP) # FY26-RFP-09 for Storm Water Channel Cleaning Services, issued by a City government. The RFP solicits pricing for various services related to storm water channel maintenance, including traffic control, material hauling, equipment rental, labor, channel cleaning, and selective vegetation removal. The contract has an initial term of three (3) years, with an option for the City to renew for two (2) additional consecutive one-year terms. The pricing worksheet includes 20 line items with specified quantities, ranging from traffic control (1 LS) to channel cleaning crew services (2,000 HR), and tree removal services for trees of varying diameters.
The pricing terms specify that prices shall not increase during the initial contract term, with potential price adjustments considered only during renewal terms. Any price increases must be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to the renewal term and are subject to the City's sole discretion. Adjustments will only be allowed for legitimate increases in material costs, not for operational inefficiencies or additional profit. The City retains the right to approve, modify, or reject proposed price increases. The pricing worksheet includes a subtotal line and a 10% contingency, with bidders required to provide unit prices for each service item in United States dollars. The document emphasizes that pricing must be all-inclusive and cover every aspect of the project.

PRICING WORKSHEET
RFP # FY26-RFP-09
Storm Water Channel Cleaning Services
Companies shall provide pricing for one or more of the services based on the requirements and terms set forth in this RFP. Pricing must be all-inclusive and cover every aspect of the Project. The cost must be in United States dollars.
If there are additional costs associated with the Services, please add to this chart. Your Price Proposal must reflect all costs for which the City will be responsible.
For purposes of this RFP, assume an initial term of three (3) years, with the City having an option to renew for two (2) additional consecutive one (1) year terms thereafter.
Price Adjustments: Prices shall not increase during the initial term of this Contract. Thereafter, price adjustment may be considered, to take effect during renewal terms, providing that the Company submits a request in writing to the City, at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of the renewal term.
o Price adjustments shall only be allowed when justified in the City’s sole discretion based on legitimate, bona fide increases in the cost of materials. No adjustment shall be made to compensate the Company for inefficiency in operation, or for additional profit.
o No proposed price increase shall be valid unless accepted by the City in writing. The City may approve such price increase for the remaining term of this Contract or for a shorter specified period, in the City’s sole discretion. If the City rejects such price increase, the Company shall continue performance of this Contract.
o If the Company’s unit prices for any Products should decrease, the Company shall provide the affected Products at the lower discounted price. The Company will provide the City with prompt written notice of all decreases in unit prices.
