About this file

This document is a Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form (Standard Form-LLL) related to a potential federal contract or grant action, primarily focused on providing administrative documentation about lobbying efforts. The form is designed to transparently report any payments or agreements made to influence federal officials or members of Congress regarding a specific federal action. While the form itself does not provide details about the specific food products contract for Louisiana, it represents a standard compliance document required when seeking or managing federal funding or contracts.

The form requires the reporting entity to disclose details such as the type of federal action, the status of the action, payment amounts, lobbying entity information, and specific services performed or to be performed. The document emphasizes that failing to file the required disclosure could result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure to report. The form is part of the federal government's transparency requirements, mandating that entities receiving federal funds or seeking to influence federal actions provide clear documentation of their lobbying activities.
