About this file

This document is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form for a food products contract opportunity in Louisiana covering the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The certification requires the undersigned to affirm that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence or attempt to influence any congressional or agency officials in connection with the awarding of this contract, grant, or cooperative agreement.

The certification mandates that if any non-federal funds are used to attempt to influence government officials, the organization must complete and submit a Standard Form-LLL Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying. Additionally, the document stipulates that this certification language must be included in all sub-award documents and that failure to file the required certification could result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. The form requires signatures from the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, though specific names are not provided in this document.
