About this file
This document is an Evaluation Criteria document from Boulder County Procurement, located at 1325 Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado. The document outlines the proposal review and selection process for a contract opportunity, likely related to legal services focused on labor, employment, and equity. A selection committee will evaluate vendor proposals based on three key criteria: meeting minimum qualifications (50 points), experience in labor or employment law (25 points), and experience or training in equity, cultural responsiveness, and/or inclusion (25 points).
The evaluation process allows the selection committee to request additional information from vendors and potentially conduct interviews. The total possible score for proposals is 100 points, with the scoring matrix providing a clear breakdown of how proposals will be assessed. While specific details about the exact nature of the service or contract are not provided, the emphasis on labor law, employment expertise, and equity training suggests the county is seeking a specialized legal or consulting service that demonstrates comprehensive understanding of workplace dynamics and inclusive practices.
