8.) Attachment 2 - Full List of Currently purchased Items - for awareness.xlsx

This document is a comprehensive list of currently purchased uniform and logo wear items for RFP 260000001530, representing products available through e-stores for multiple Michigan state agencies including the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), Michigan Public Safety Communications System (MPCSC), Michigan State Police (MPSC), Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD), Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE), Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR), and Michigan Department of Veterans Affairs (DMVA). The list documents over 400 uniform and apparel items currently available for purchase by these agencies, encompassing clothing categories such as t-shirts, polos, fleece jackets, work pants, safety vests, hats, boots, and accessories from manufacturers including Carhartt, Port Authority, Gildan, Jerzees, Blue Generation, Muck, and numerous other suppliers. Many items are designated as mandatory with no substitutions allowed across various agency e-stores, while others are marked with preferred manufacturers. The document provides item numbers, descriptions, sizing information where applicable, and notes restrictions or special designations for certain items such as those reserved for specific positions like conservation officers or instructors.

The document serves as an awareness reference for current purchasing patterns and approved vendors rather than a pricing or procurement schedule. Items are organized by agency e-store, with products ranging from basic apparel to specialized safety equipment and tactical gear. No specific pricing information, contract term details, renewal options, response deadlines, or funding amounts are provided in this reference document. The inclusion of preferred manufacturer designations and mandatory item specifications indicates that agencies maintain control over product quality and brand standardization while using this centralized e-store system for uniform procurement and inventory management.
